SAP SuccessFactors ECP & Talent Management

We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to manage, configure, and maintain our cloud payroll system. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless payroll operations, executing routine configuration changes, resolving end-user issues, and serving as the primary bridge between our HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure payroll components including wage types, schemas, rules, off-cycle payrolls, and tax updates within ECP.
• Day-to-Day Support: Troubleshoot and resolve payroll calculation errors, system bugs, integration failures, and access issues.
• Integration Management: Ensure smooth data flow between SAP SF Employee Central (Core HR), ECP, time management, benefits, and third-party accounting or banking systems.
• Payroll Processing Support: Collaborate with the Payroll Operations team to oversee payroll runs, parallel testing, and post-payroll processing (GL posting, bank transfers).
• System Upgrades & Testing: Support semi-annual SAP SuccessFactors release updates by testing new features, identifying impacts, and updating system configurations.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain functional documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and end-user training guides.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP or SAP HCM Payroll configuration and support.
• Module Knowledge: Strong understanding of standard ECP components (wage types, payroll control center, schemas, PC00_M99 run tools) and EC data structures.
• Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with Point-to-Point (P2P) integrations between Employee Central and ECP.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical capability to diagnose complex payroll calculation and data flow errors.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical teams and HR business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Associate Certification.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP or payroll-related schemas/PCRs.
• Experience with multi-country or localized payroll setups.
