Data Analyst Intern

Propopia is building an AI-powered intelligence layer for real estate by connecting fragmented data, client context, and business workflows. The Data Analyst Intern will support data preparation, exploratory analysis, quality checks, reporting, documentation, visualizations, and research for product and business priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and inspect structured real estate and business information
• Support exploratory analysis and clear reporting of findings
• Help document definitions, assumptions and recurring questions
• Work with the team to turn analysis into useful next steps
• Assist with data preparation, basic analysis, quality checks, simple visualizations and research that supports product and business priorities

Requirements:

• Interest in data analysis, real estate, product thinking or applied AI
• Coursework or project experience with spreadsheets, SQL, Python or comparable analytical tools is helpful
