Senior Product Manager, AI Call Intelligence

Litify is a legal technology company building an AI-native platform for law firms and corporate legal departments. The Senior Product Manager will own the AI Call Intelligence product line end to end, including call capture, transcription, summaries, workflow integration, voice agents, and agentic workflows. The role also leads client discovery, roadmap and backlog management, cross-functional delivery, release execution, and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for Litify's AI Call Intelligence products
• Set the roadmap for call capture, transcription, and AI-generated summaries, balancing accuracy, speed, and cost
• Define how conversational insight lands in the platform — case records, intake qualification, follow-up tasks, and other CRM activity
• Ship AI voice agents for inbound and outbound use cases
• Own the agentic workflows those calls trigger, along with the guardrails and evaluation standards for agent behavior
• Build the QA and coaching experience: call scoring, topic detection, signals libraries, and manager review tooling
• Lead client discovery and beta programs, and champion the voice of the customer with client-facing teams
• Run market and competitive research to inform new opportunities and commercialization strategy
• Translate strategy into a prioritized backlog and partner with engineering, design, data science, and GTM to ship it
• Drive adoption and measure success through data-driven insights

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years building or managing AI-powered products
• 5+ years in product management within B2B SaaS or workflow automation platforms
• 2+ years managing AI, ML, or data-intensive products
• Proven success leading cross-functional delivery and working directly with clients or external partners
• Experience shipping products built on unstructured or probabilistic data, including setting quality bars and designing for model error
• Hands-on experience with conversational or agentic AI — voice or chat agents, tool-calling and orchestration, dialog design, or evaluating autonomous systems in production
• Experience translating business goals into technical execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational discipline and ability to handle multiple priorities in parallel
• Experience with voice, conversational, or agentic AI

• Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce-native applications
• Experience with telephony, VoIP, or contact center platforms
• Familiarity with speech-to-text, speaker diarization, or conversation analytics tooling
• Experience with voice agent or conversational AI frameworks and real-time speech pipelines
• Background in legal or legal tech, fintech, or other complex operational domains
• Familiarity with LLMs, document intelligence, or data extraction workflows
