Project Management Director

NexPay Chile is the hiring company. The Director of Project Management will establish and lead the company's project management framework across digital assets, blockchain, trading platforms, financial products, and enterprise technology. The role oversees strategic project delivery, cross-functional coordination, risk management, governance, budgeting, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Assume full responsibility for the planning, organization, execution, and delivery of major and cross-departmental projects
• Establish and refine project management policies, processes, standards, and governance frameworks
• Coordinate project collaboration across product, technology, operations, compliance, risk management, marketing, and business teams
• Define project objectives, implementation plans, milestones, resource allocations, and delivery standards
• Oversee the concurrent execution of multiple projects; promptly identify risks related to schedule, cost, quality, and resources
• Manage project prioritization to ensure alignment between project resources and corporate strategic goals
• Establish mechanisms for project risk identification, assessment, early warning, and mitigation
• Manage project budgets, staffing, vendors, and external partnership resources
• Drive the digitalization of project management; establish mechanisms for analyzing project data, progress, and performance
• Regularly review the execution of key projects and drive the timely resolution of critical issues
• Coordinate and manage complex projects spanning multiple regions, teams, and functions
• Facilitate project post-mortems, knowledge capitalization, and the adoption of best practices to continuously improve delivery efficiency
• Adjust project plans and execution strategies dynamically in response to the rapidly changing landscape of blockchain, digital assets, and cryptocurrency businesses
• Ensure project execution complies with internal controls, information security, risk management, and relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 20 years of management experience, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, project portfolios, or enterprise-level projects
• Extensive experience in team management, cross-departmental coordination, and the orchestration of complex projects
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and project lifecycle management methodologies
• Experience managing large-scale technology, fintech, digital transformation, or internet-based projects
• Solid understanding of blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrency trading platforms, or fintech business operations
• Ability to manage multiple highly complex projects simultaneously while effectively coordinating personnel, budgets, technology, and business resources
• Excellent capabilities in project risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Strong skills in data analysis, process design, and project governance. Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other established project management methodologies
• Possesses strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, along with cross-cultural collaboration capabilities
