Postdoctoraal onderzoeker Humane Genetica

LUMC’s Department of Human Genetics conducts research into the genetic aspects of hereditary and acquired diseases and translates scientific findings into clinical applications. The postdoctoral researcher will develop multimodal and multiscale models of genomic data in neuropsychiatric disorders, integrating clinical, genetic, neuropathological, molecular, single-cell, spatial and perturbation datasets to identify molecular signatures and candidate targets.

Responsibilities:

• Multimodale integratie: het leren van gezamenlijke representaties over heterogene en gedeeltelijk overlappende datatypen
• Multiscale integratie: het koppelen van bulk-/klinische gegevens aan single-cell metingen om verbanden te leggen tussen informatie op patiënt-, monster- en celniveau
• Koppeling van patiënt- en perturbatiedata: het integreren van observationele single-cell atlassen met in-vitro perturbatiedata om kandidaat-doelen te identificeren en te prioriteren
