Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a highly motivated Lead Data Analyst for an enterprise healthcare client. The role will own and improve a portfolio of Power BI dashboards supporting Member and Provider Services, while providing thought leadership, stakeholder partnership, and project leadership across analytics transformation initiatives.

This role is going to inherit ownership of a portfolio of Power BI dashboards that support our Member & Provider Services (MPS) organization. While these are some of the most used dashboards in the entire company, they are far from perfect. Many need consolidation and a new vision. I'm looking for seasoned capabilities, thought leadership, curiosity, and willingness to stay flexible during a season of transformation
