• Source-to-target mapping and healthcare data modeling
• Healthcare interoperability/integration projects
• EHR systems such as Epic, Oracle Health, Veradigm eCC, AthenaHealth, or Medent
• Clinical data exchange and terminology standards
• Healthcare workflow/process analysis
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Experience with large-scale/province-wide healthcare systems
• Strong documentation and communication skills
