Bilingual-Spanish Remote Customer Service (WFH)

Lacerlief Advisory is seeking fully bilingual Spanish/English professionals for a remote customer service role. The position handles high-volume inbound interactions across phone, email, and chat, resolves customer concerns, documents interactions, and follows client protocols while offering flexible full-time or part-time scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Provide accurate information and support across various service channels
• Maintain a calm, patient, and solution-oriented approach
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate
• Follow all client protocols and compliance guidelines
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution

Requirements:

• IMPORTANT: This position requires full bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English. Applicants must be able to speak, read, write, and communicate professionally in both languages without limitation

• • 24/7 operation — flexible scheduling available
• • Agents select their working hours weekly
• • Minimum weekly hour requirements may apply based on client assignment
