Job Summary
Looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong Billing Systems experience. The candidate will gather requirements, work with business and technical teams, support testing, and help deliver billing system changes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Analyze billing processes, business rules, data, and system integrations.
• Work with Business, Development, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Perform SQL/data validation and impact analysis.
• Support functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Support releases, production validation, and post-production issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate billing processes.

• 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
• Strong Billing Systems / Billing Technology experience
• Billing Operations, Invoice Processing, Revenue Management
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation
• BRD / FRD / User Stories / Acceptance Criteria
• Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis
• SQL, Data Mapping, Data Validation
• System Integration / API knowledge
• Functional Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, Regression Testing
• Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum, SDLC
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
