Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

NESC Staffing is seeking a CostPoint/ERP Program Manager to implement, improve, and maintain enterprise business systems across the organization. The role owns Deltek Costpoint ERP architecture and data flow, leads system integrations and implementation projects, optimizes workflows, supports data analysis and administration, and provides training and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Fully own the design of system architecture and data flow for Deltek Costpoint ERP
• Lead integration efforts between various business systems
• Maintain systems currency and oversee ERP updates and migrations
• Drive workflow effectiveness to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and schedule
• Build, maintain, and automate workflows to reduce manual work
• Ensure efficient electronic, paperless workflow between design and manufacturing
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools
• Serve as liaison between end users, business units, consulting teams, corporate partners, and system OEMs
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and functional requirements for software OEMs
• Communicate user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests clearly and effectively
• Manage all business system implementation projects, ensuring delivery within budgets and schedules
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), collect feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Develop reports to support data analysis and operational visibility
• Manage multiple SharePoint sites and document libraries
• Coordinate with IT and developers to ensure solutions meet security and technical standards
• Deliver user training and create documentation, SOPs, and basic security awareness guidelines
• Work with leadership to identify hardware needs and assist in selecting equipment

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in business management with 9 years prior related experience, Masters with 7 years prior related experience
• • ERP System Administration experience
• • Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP (required)
• • SharePoint experience (required)
• • Strong understanding of ERP architecture and system integrations
• • Ability to drive cross‑functional alignment and workflow improvements
• • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• • Strong project and change management capabilities
• • Ability to balance technical depth with business needs
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, the applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (e.g. Green Card holder), or a protected individual as defined by the International Traffic in Arm Regulations (ITAR)
• • Microsoft Power Automate experience
• • Microsoft Power BI experience
• • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• • Familiarity with ISO and AS9100 standards
