Senior Marketing Manager, Lifecycle & Growth

Wedgewood Pharmacy is dedicated to improving animal health through customized medication and compassionate care. The Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Growth Marketing will lead lifecycle strategies to drive customer activation, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across prescriber and pet owner journeys. The role will oversee growth optimization, personalization, site merchandising, promotions, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lifecycle strategies across the customer journey, from onboarding and activation through retention and re-engagement
• Design customer journeys that drive first-fill conversion, repeat prescribing behavior, refill adherence, and long-term loyalty
• Build segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to deliver relevant communications and experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and reduce churn across prescriber and pet owner audiences
• Own key growth metrics, including activation, conversion, repeat behavior, retention, and lifetime value
• Partner with Product and Customer Care teams to identify and remove friction across the customer journey
• Develop and execute testing roadmaps focused on improving conversion rates and customer engagement
• Leverage behavioral insights to optimize lifecycle touchpoints and customer experiences
• Lead site merchandising strategies that support customer acquisition, activation, and retention goals
• Manage promotional planning and execution across digital channels
• Optimize product visibility, content placement, and customer pathways to improve conversion and engagement
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Formulary teams to enhance discovery, navigation, and merchandising experiences
• Partner with Data Automation and Business Intelligence teams to develop personalized customer experiences
• Leverage customer behavior, transaction data, and engagement signals to inform journey design
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across website, email, SMS, and other digital touchpoints
• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards across lifecycle and growth initiatives
• Analyze customer cohorts, retention trends, and lifetime value metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Continuously evaluate program performance and optimize based on data-driven learnings
• Serve as a key connector between Digital Experience, Data Automation, Marketing, Customer Care, and Business Intelligence teams
• Align stakeholders around shared customer journey objectives and growth priorities
• Champion a culture of experimentation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant work experience
• 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth marketing, e-commerce, or customer retention
• Proven experience developing customer lifecycle strategies that drive measurable business results
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, personalization, and behavioral marketing
• Cross-functional success managing initiatives involving marketing, product, analytics, and technology teams
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/SFCC (or similar), customer data platforms, and marketing automation tools
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and conversion optimization
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging customer data to drive decision-making
• Familiar with site merchandising and e-commerce best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Curious, motivated, and solutions-oriented with a hands-on mindset
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, pharmacy, subscription, or highly regulated industries preferred
