SAP Customer Operations Manager

Real Soft Inc is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to support a migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to SAP. The role provides customer operations and Order-to-Cash expertise across process design, data migration, testing, integrations, and go-live activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support ERP migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to SAP
• Provide functional expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Support sales orders, customer master data, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing, and returns
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation
• Manage EDI integrations (850, 855, 856, 810, 846)
• Coordinate SAP integrations with 3PL, WMS, and logistics systems
• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and end-user training
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of SAP, ERP implementation, Customer Operations, or Order Management experience
• Hands-on SAP SD / Order-to-Cash experience
• Experience with SAP implementation or migration projects
• Strong SIT/UAT, data migration, and master data management experience
• Knowledge of EDI and 3PL/WMS integrations
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• CPG, retail, beauty, or consumer products industry experience
• Walmart, Target, Ulta Beauty, Walgreens, CVS, and Amazon
