Job Description -
Strong experience in IBM Cognos Analytics, including Cognos Reporting and Dashboard development.
Hands-on experience with Cognos Framework Manager, Report Studio, and Dynamic Cubes.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience in designing and developing complex reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
Lead and mentor Cognos developers and provide technical guidance.
Experience with Cognos administration, security, scheduling, and deployment is preferred.
Strong understanding of ETL, databases, and BI architecture.
Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
Ability to troubleshoot performance and reporting issues.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating with business, technical, and offshore teams.
