Epic Cheers Analyst with Salesforce Campaign Experience

We are seeking an Epic-certified Cheers Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to support the development and rollout of patient and consumer engagement campaigns. This consultant will work across both Epic Cheers and Salesforce, evaluating incoming campaign requests and determining which platform is best suited for each initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and implement campaigns in Epic Cheers and Salesforce
• Evaluate campaign requests and recommend whether Cheers or Salesforce should be used based on audience, functionality, workflow, and business goals
• Partner with marketing, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather campaign requirements
• Configure audience segmentation, outreach workflows, messaging, and campaign tracking
• Support campaign testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Develop and maintain campaign standards, documentation, and platform governance
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to engagement strategies
• Ensure campaigns comply with healthcare privacy, communication, and consent requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Current Epic Cheers certification
• Hands-on Epic Cheers build and campaign experience
• Salesforce experience within a healthcare, marketing, CRM, or patient engagement environment
• Experience creating and managing campaigns in Salesforce
• Ability to evaluate campaign requirements and select the appropriate platform for execution
• Strong experience with audience segmentation, outreach workflows, testing, and campaign deployment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building campaigns in both Epic Cheers and Salesforce
• Salesforce certification
• Experience integrating Epic and Salesforce workflows or data
• Knowledge of patient engagement, CRM strategy, digital outreach, and healthcare marketing
• Experience supporting campaign
