Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Analytics

Reddit is a community of communities built on shared interests, passion, and trust, and is one of the internet’s largest sources of information. The Senior Business Analyst will build and maintain analytical tooling and data infrastructure for Reddit’s Large Customer Sales business channel, using BigQuery, SQL, ETL workflows, data pipelines, and dashboards to drive revenue strategy and performance. The role will also help develop AI-ready analytics tooling and translate complex data insights into business actions.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy
• Build AI-ready data foundations: Develop and govern the semantic models and contextual business logic required to power both traditional dashboards and emerging AI-driven analytical tools, ensuring high-quality, trusted outputs across all consumption layers
• Translate insights into action, guiding business partners through complex data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models
• Partner with the Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage & enhance the revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles
• 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases
• 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows
• Strategic and analytical capability: Proven ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Winning Mindset: Proactive, ambitious, practical and gets results with urgency
• Location: Remote, but within commuting distance of our NYC, Chicago, SF, or LA offices
• You'll need to be fluent in SQL, BigQuery, and developing dashboards. The right individual is comfortable diving into complex data ecosystems and enjoys translating those insights into tangible business impact
• Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred
