Project Manager, Service Delivery

Command|Link is a global SaaS platform providing network, voice services, and IT security solutions. The company is seeking a Project Manager to own and manage business customer service orders from initiation through completion, coordinating internal and third-party resources while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. The role focuses on telecommunications service delivery, including Internet Circuits, Hosted VoIP, number porting, SDWAN implementation, and customer communication.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services
• Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
• Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle
• Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes
• Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution
• Utilize hands-on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project
• Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with various carriers
• Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization

Requirements:

• This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
• Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
• Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
• Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
