HR Project Manager

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an HR Project Manager to support a global scientific organization. The role leads project management efforts for a Job & Skills Architecture initiative, aligning milestones with Workday implementation timelines, maintaining governance, and coordinating communication across internal partners and external vendor teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Milestone & Schedule Tracking: Maintain the integrated project plan, track critical deliverables against schedules, and publish weekly status reports
• Coordinate Workstreams: Align cross-functional initiatives across JSA, Workday implementation, Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Change Management teams
• Manage Project Risks: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, maintaining the project RAID log, dependency tracker, and decision documentation
• Facilitate Governance & Alignment: Prepare executive-level reporting dashboards, coordinate sponsor decision meetings, and oversee external vendor deliverables

Requirements:

• Qualifications Must-haves:

• 7+ years of dedicated project or program management experience.
• PMP Certification.
• Proven experience leading HR technology transformations and Workday implementation projects.
• Demonstrated track record managing external vendors and third-party partners.
• Expertise in project governance, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder engagement
