Marketing Manager, ABM & Events

Taivo brings together technology solutions that help businesses in the branded merchandise industry manage and grow their operations. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to own account-based marketing and event marketing programs, partnering closely with Sales to drive pipeline, revenue, customer engagement, and event performance.

Responsibilities:

• Own account-based marketing programs for strategic franchises, affiliates, buying groups, and other high-value accounts
• Partner closely with Sales to identify priority accounts and audiences and develop tailored strategies based on the opportunity within each organization
• Build and execute campaigns that support new customer acquisition, customer expansion and upsell, engagement, and pipeline generation
• Develop coordinated marketing and sales plays across email, direct mail, events, sales outreach, and other channels
• Build pre- and post-event campaigns for strategic groups, helping Sales generate meetings, nurture prospects, and maximize opportunities surrounding partner and industry events
• Establish goals and measure the performance of ABM programs, using results to continually improve account strategy and execution
• Serve as a key marketing partner to Sales, ensuring campaigns align with account priorities, sales motions, and revenue goals
• Own the event marketing calendar and manage events end to end, including event selection, budgeting, goals, timelines, booth design, signage, swag, shipping, logistics, and onsite execution with a focus on the “FAB” events
• Develop event marketing strategies and campaigns that drive registrations, meetings, booth traffic, and engagement before each event
• Partner closely with Sales to establish event goals and create pre- and post-event plans that maximize pipeline and revenue opportunities
• Own event lead management, ensuring leads are captured, routed, followed up on quickly, and supported with appropriate marketing nurture
• Establish and track event performance, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue, and ROI, and lead post-event retrospectives
• Manage event vendors, venues, exhibit partners, shipping providers, and other external partners to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget
• Support annual user conference, including event planning, attendee experience, logistics, programming support, and onsite execution
• Build and execute the campaign to drive user conference registrations and ticket sales, and partner with Sales to support sponsorship sales and sponsor fulfillment
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams to deliver email, landing pages, creative, signage, event collateral, and other campaign assets on time and on brand

Requirements:

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with hands-on experience in event marketing, account-based marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing events from end to end, including budgets, vendors, logistics, promotion, lead management, and performance measurement
• Experience developing targeted campaigns in close partnership with Sales, with a strong understanding of how marketing supports pipeline generation and revenue
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% for trade shows, partner events, customer events, and the annual user conference
• Experience leading the growth and development of an intern or 1 direct report
• Candidates must be physically located and legally authorized to work in one of the following states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NV, NH, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI. We are currently unable to consider applicants outside of these states.
• Experience building or executing account-based marketing programs targeting named accounts, strategic partners, or groups of related businesses
• Experience marketing to franchise organizations, affiliate networks, buying groups, associations, channel partners, or other complex B2B ecosystems
• Experience planning a company-hosted conference, customer conference, or large-scale event
• Experience in SaaS, promotional products, decorated apparel, sporting goods, print, signage, or another industry we serve
