Guidewire Policy Center (Technical Lead/Business Analyst/Insurance Now QA Lead)

Futran Solutions is seeking professionals for Guidewire PolicyCenter and InsuranceNow contract roles. The positions involve Guidewire implementation, business and technical requirements analysis, Agile delivery, configuration and integration, and software quality assurance and test automation.

Responsibilities:

• Gathered analyzed documented business and technical requirements from both formal and informal sessions and validate the needs of the business stakeholders thereby drafting the Technical Design Document TDD and System Specification Document SSD
• Handson experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter requirement gathering
• Utilized the guidelines and artifacts of guidewire to develop a detailed requirement of OOTB Functions and customizations
• Develop business requirements documenting workflow and process for Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Actively participate in SCRUM meetings and ensured all Agile project techniques are used in accomplishing the tasks based on the deadlines
• Worked with SCRUM Master Business Owners Project Sponsor SME and Guidewire Consultants to define Product Backlog Sprint Backlog estimate efforts for user stories
• Worked with the business and developers for requirement clarifications

Requirements:

• Certified Guidewire Policy Center with experience for implantation and state rollouts
• Certified Guidewire Policy Center professional Associate or ACE
• 5 - 8 years of hands-on work experience Guidewire PolicyCenter modules
• Hands on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration
• One complete end to end implementation experience for GW Cloud
• Development experience with Guidewire GOSU proprietary code
• Development experience with Guidewire APIs methods rules and processes

• 9 years of dedicated software quality assurance experience with at least 2 - 3 years focused on test automation
• Handson experience testing Guidewire implementations upgrades or PC insurance workflows
• Strong experience with at least two test automation frameworks e.g., Selenium Cypress Playwright TestNG JUnit
• Strong analytical problem solving and debugging skills
• Agile experience with tools such as JIRA
• Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter with experience for implantation and state rollouts
• Configuration for state specific forms rating business rules UW issues PCF changes and integrations
• Experience working with SQL Server or Oracle database 3rdparty platform application integration
• Application Servers such as Web sphere Apache Tomcat or JBOSS J2EE application containers
• Minimum one E2E implementation experience of Guidewire Policy Center
• Experienced with Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis methodologies
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal understands communication channels and escalates appropriately
