Sales Group Manager - Enterprise Agentic AI Leader

Intuit is seeking a Group Manager, Enterprise Sales to build and lead a new sales team focused on bringing agentic AI workflows to large accounting firms through Intuit Accountant Suite Enterprise and Intuit AI Tools. The role is responsible for hiring and developing enterprise account executives, managing quota, territories, pipeline, forecasting, complex deals, and post-sale adoption while partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, onboard, and ramp a team of Enterprise Account Executives, building a repeatable hiring bar and onboarding motion
• Coach reps on enterprise deal strategy, multi-threading, and executive engagement; spend real time in the field, in deal reviews, and in the room with reps on their highest-stakes calls
• Build career pathing, recognition, and a team culture that retains top enterprise talent and creates bench strength for future growth
• Identify and address underperformance directly and early; recognize and grow top performers deliberately
• Own team quota for net new IAS and Intuit Intelligence revenue; build and defend a pipeline sufficient to hit and exceed the number every quarter
• Design and own territory and account segmentation across the team, balancing firm size, technology maturity, staffing model, and strategic alignment with IAS and Intuit Intelligence, always pointing reps at the highest-leverage targets first
• Track buying signals across the team's territory, including firm growth and AI readiness/usage, and coach reps to engage at the right moment
• Report pipeline health and deal progress; updates flow directly to Intuit's senior leadership
• Coach reps through the full sales cycle end to end: discovery, needs assessment, solution design, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close, on deals that routinely span multiple stakeholders
• Act as executive sponsor and escalation point on the team's highest-stakes deals, engaging directly with managing partners, CTOs, and C-suite stakeholders when a deal needs leadership altitude to move
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Channel, and senior leadership to align resources and accelerate execution inside the team's most complex, multi-party opportunities
• Coach reps to build and manage multi-threaded relationships within each account: managing stakeholders for vision alignment, IT and operations leads for technical validation, and domain experts for workflow buy-in
• Drive team-wide focus on post-close activation of IAS and Intuit Intelligence, tracking usage across accounts, surfacing adoption risk, and engaging firm leadership when adoption stalls
• Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities across the book of business: new service lines, additional seats, and deeper AI agentic workflow deployments
• Build the playbooks and systems that turn client relationships into partnerships that outlast the initial transaction, and outlast any single rep on the team

Requirements:

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS, financial technology, or professional services software, with a proven track record of personally closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• 2+ years of people leadership experience hiring, ramping, and coaching enterprise or strategic account sellers to quota attainment
• Demonstrated ability to build a team, pipeline, and operating rhythm from a standing start, not simply run one that already exists
• Strong deal management and forecasting discipline at the team level: you can roll up a forecast across multiple reps and defend it with confidence, not optimism
• Executive presence and communication skills: able to engage credibly with managing partners, firm CTOs, and C-suite stakeholders, and just as credible communicating up to Intuit's senior leadership
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales productivity and analytics platforms
• Strong project management skills and the ability to gain cross-functional alignment within Intuit and across accounting firms
• Experience selling to, or leading a team that sells to, accounting firms or CPA firms. You understand firm structure, partnership dynamics, decision-making timelines, and what ROI means to a managing partner
• Experience building or scaling a new sales motion or segment inside a larger sales organization
• Prior experience selling or positioning AI-powered workflow automation tools, and the ability to translate agentic AI capability into firm-level productivity and revenue impact
• Understanding of the accounting firm technology market and competitive landscape, and how enterprise firms evaluate technology decisions
• Experience managing or participating in a co-build, Forward Deploy, or professional services engagement model alongside a technical delivery team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
