Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr

Job Overview:

The candidate should have 8+ years of experience working as a Business System Analyst, focusing on requirements planning, data mapping analysis, use case development, and documentation. This role requires 5+ years of banking experience in data analysis or business analysis.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues. The candidate will assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs using recommended information gathering and data modeling techniques to elicit requirements. The candidate will contribute to the successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time.

• Review test plans, scenarios, and cases as needed.
• Support Development, Quality Assurance, and User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
• Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
