Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a high-performing CRM technology team. While experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is considered an asset, the ideal candidate is a versatile delivery leader who can quickly understand any technology platform, drive execution excellence, and help teams navigate complex business and technology challenges. This role requires a professional who goes beyond facilitating ceremonies. The successful candidate will proactively identify delivery risks, challenge assumptions, uncover dependencies, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. The candidate should possess a strong sense of ownership, an ability to dig deeper into business problems, and a track record of leading Agile teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Candidate Profile:
A seasoned Scrum Master who can seamlessly step into any technology platform, quickly understand the business context, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and help teams consistently deliver value in a complex enterprise environment. Salesforce/CRM experience is beneficial but not essential.
