Manager, Talent Products

Figma is a design and collaboration platform that helps teams bring ideas to life and work together in real time. The Manager, Talent Products will lead the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for global recruiting processes, programs, technology, data, and AI-enabled workflows while developing a multidisciplinary team and partnering cross-functionally to improve hiring.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for our global recruiting processes, programs, technology, data, and AI-enabled workflows
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while remaining hands-on in solving our most complex and important problems
• Design and evolve a standardized end-to-end hiring process that balances speed, quality, consistency, compliance, and candidate experience
• Turn business priorities and user needs into scalable recruiting programs and product solutions with clear measures of success
• Lead the evolution of our recruiting technology ecosystem, including decisions about what to build, buy, integrate, automate, simplify, or retire
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities that improve productivity, decision-making, and the overall hiring experience
• Partner across Recruiting, People, IT, Legal, Security, and the business to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive adoption

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting or people operations, technology, or a related product or operational function
• 3+ years of experience directly managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• Proven success building and scaling global recruiting processes, programs, and technology
• Strong product management skills, including strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, requirements definition, and measuring outcomes and experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders of all level across technical, operational, and business functions
• Experience designing AI-enabled recruiting workflows, automation, or decision-support tools and deep knowledge of recruiting systems, integrations, analytics, and data governance
