Mid-Market Account Manager-East Coast

OnTrac is a provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the United States. The Mid-Market Account Manager supports existing customers, drives package-volume growth, manages account operations, and builds long-term customer relationships through sales, service, and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Drive account growth: Sell OnTrac solutions to existing customers, securing commitment for additional volume and long-term partnerships
• Deliver operational support: Manage daily account activities, ensuring customer expectations and contractual requirements are met
• Collaborate for success: Support the Director of Customer Success through reporting, administrative tasks, and sales initiatives to maximize territory performance
• Engage customers: Prepare and present business reviews, attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships
• Champion best practices: Apply business development strategies and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4–8 years of experience in account management or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%
