Global Director, HR Business Partner – Global Sales & Marketing

The Global Director, HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives and leads HR Business Partners in aligning talent strategies with business objectives. The role drives organizational design, workforce planning, culture evolution, employee engagement, change management, and evidence-based talent decisions across global functions.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR partner to C-suite executives, influencing at the highest levels to align talent strategies with business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR support across global business functions
• Architect and drive large-scale organizational design, transformation, and workforce planning initiatives in partnership with Finance, Recruiting, and senior leadership
• Act as an executive coach and strategic advisor, strengthening leadership capability and team effectiveness across the organization
• Design and implement strategies for culture evolution, employee engagement, and change management
• Use data and insights to drive evidence-based decisions that build a sustainable bench of high-performing, engaged, and retained talent

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HRBP role and 3+ years leading an HRBP team supporting senior executives
• Demonstrated success driving organizational design, talent transformation, and change management in a global, fast-paced environment
• Strong executive presence with a proven ability to coach and influence C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders
• Experience managing a team of HRBPs in a global, data-driven technology organization
• Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a global technology company supporting executive-level stakeholders
• Master's degree or MBA
• Proven success leading cross-functional talent initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and DEI programs
• Experience designing talent strategies for both commercial growth and low-cost region (LCR) talent sourcing
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the agility to move seamlessly from vision to execution
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with a track record of navigating complex organizational dynamics
