Technical Project/Program Management - Technical Project Manager III

The confidential company is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to coordinate technical projects and support activities across information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. The role involves managing project plans, coordinating distributed support teams, supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms, and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
• Manage backup, security and user help system
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
• Provide users with technical support for computer problems
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions
• Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements
• Coordinate and prioritize work across a distributed, multi-time-zone support team
• Hands-on operation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable platform
• Coordinate third-party vendor support and escalation paths, clear written communication and status reporting to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience in business or B2B marketing
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Analytical experience and prior experience in a leave-coverage or short-term platform support engagement
