Job Description

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Python Agent Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI-powered agents supporting Quality Engineering initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python and Generative AI, along with experience developing AI agents, FastAPI applications, microservices, Docker-based deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop AI agents and GenAI solutions using Python.
Design and implement AI-powered solutions supporting Quality Engineering initiatives.
Build and maintain APIs using FastAPI and microservices architecture.
Develop scalable and maintainable backend services.
Containerize applications using Docker.
Deploy and manage applications through CI/CD pipelines.
Optimize AI-powered applications for reliability, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with engineering and Quality Engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Support integration of GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications and testing workflows.
Troubleshoot application, integration, and deployment issues.
Follow modern software engineering and DevOps practices.

Required Qualifications

8–10 years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Python.
Strong experience with Generative AI and AI agent development.
Experience developing microservices.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
Strong understanding of Docker and containerization.
Experience with CI/CD processes and application deployment.
Strong software development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and Quality Engineering teams.
