Marketing Manager

One Church Software is seeking an experienced marketer to lead its marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will own customer acquisition, market perception, lead generation, and end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives using AI and selected vendors, with a focus on churches and nonprofits.

Responsibilities:

• You own how new customers find One Church Software, how we earn their trust, and how they move from first impression to qualified lead
• You also own how we're perceived in the market, everywhere we're seen
• You will personally do the work, using AI and a small set of vendors you choose and manage to produce at a scale and lead initiatives end-to-end

Requirements:

• We're looking for an experienced marketer to lead our marketing efforts
• We serve churches and nonprofits. Knowing that audience, meaning how pastors and church administrators think, what they trust, how they buy, and how they talk, is central to doing this job well
• Travel: up to 4 per year (conferences)
• This is a Remote position
• Employees must have a reliable internet connection
• • Experience in marketing preferably for a SaaS company
• • Strong hands-on ability across multiple marketing disciplines
• • Fluent with AI tools and willing to use them to operate at the scale of a team
• • Self-starter with ability to learn new marketing strategies, tools and techniques
