Product Designer

Yara is building a platform to improve how people find work through work-focused profiles and smart matching. The Product Designer role is for designers who own product outcomes end to end, create polished experiences for B2B, SaaS, or AI products, collaborate closely with engineers, and contribute to shipped product work.

Responsibilities:

• You own outcomes end to end: discovery, flows, systems, polish, and the iteration after launch
• You sit close to engineers, and your specs ship as designed

Requirements:

• • Your portfolio is real shipped work: products people used, not just concepts

• • You've designed for B2B, SaaS, or AI products, or you want to
• • You sit close to engineers, and your specs ship as designed
• • You want your work seen by a person, fast, with real feedback
• • 2+ years in product design with end-to-end ownership
• • Figma fluency and at least one deep case study with a real outcome
• • Dense product UI experience: dashboards, workflows, or AI products
• • Design systems work is a strong plus
• • Any code fluency (React, prototyping) instantly widens your matches
