Ganey Law Group - Head of Growth Marketing

Ganey Law Group is an immigration law firm serving individual and business clients through offices in DC and Arizona. The Head of Growth Marketing will own the firm’s growth marketing strategy, shape its brand, measure performance, and build a scalable marketing engine across multiple offices and audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Own marketing strategy across content, digital acquisition, SEO, paid, and conversion
• Proactively ideate - propose what to do, how to test it, how much to allocate, and how to measure it
• Report on results and track trends
• Define and control the brand voice and taste across everything the firm produces (B-roll for videos, toning down AI-drafted content)
• Work closely with the founder - check in, get input, then execute alongside the existing marketing person who handles implementation
• Build a coherent marketing engine that can scale across multiple offices (DC, Arizona, likely Florida) as the firm acquires other law firms
• Serve both B2C and B2B audiences

Requirements:

• ✅ Senior growth marketing experience (roughly 5-7+ years)
• ✅ Strategic thinker who can ideate, propose plans, and measure results - not just execute
• ✅ Hands-on operator who wants to build, not just direct from above
• ✅ Strong brand and taste sensibility - able to shape a premium, clean, Apple-like feel without being stuffy
• ✅ Data-driven - able to measure and report on marketing performance
• ✅ Able to market to both B2C and B2B audiences
• ⭐ Design or artistic background (helps with brand taste)
• ⭐ Affinity for premium or hospitality-style brands (hotels, Apple, high-end makeup brands) - someone inspired by creating a great guest-like experience
