Devops Engineer, US

Ema is building an Agentic AI platform designed to transform enterprise productivity by automating repetitive business tasks. The DevOps Engineer will build and manage the infrastructure powering Ema’s AI platform, including cloud systems, deployment automation, observability, security, and scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments
• Build observability systems (logging, monitoring, alerting)
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability at scale
• Support multi-tenant SaaS architecture and scaling

Requirements:

• 4+ years DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience
• Expert-level Kubernetes and containerization knowledge
• Terraform and infrastructure-as-code proficiency
• Cloud platform mastery (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong systems thinking and distributed systems knowledge
• B.Tech in CS/ECE from IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS or equivalent
• Multi-cloud experience
• Helm charts and deployment automation
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
• CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• ML infrastructure experience
