Job Description

Medallion Architecture Specialist to design, implement, and optimize data models and pipelines aligned with our enterprise Medallion Architecture framework (Bronze Silver Gold).
This role ensures highquality, scalable, and governed data assets that power analytics, operational reporting, and healthcare decisionmaking across the organization.

Strong experience with cloud data platforms, modern data engineering practices, and deep understanding of Medallion Architecture principles used in Databricks, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse environments.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Databricks, Spark, Scala, Kafka, Delta Lake, and Medallion Architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable batch and real-time data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Scala, and Kafka.
• Design and implement Bronze Silver Gold Medallion Architecture.
• Develop and optimize Delta Lake/Lakehouse solutions.
• Implement CDC pipelines and data transformations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Spark/Databricks workloads.
• Support data governance using Unity Catalog.
