Job Overview

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Manage end-to-end CRM and business applications projects from initiation through deployment and hypercare
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance frameworks
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and business process reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX standards; coordinate CSV activities
• Coordinate customer master data, HCP/HCO data, and integration efforts across MDM, ERP, and analytics platforms
• Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and resource capacity across onshore/offshore teams
