Location: Santa Clara, CA (Remote)

Contract duration: 12+ Months

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect with strong experience designing, implementing, and governing enterprise ServiceNow platforms. The ideal candidate must hold ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification and have deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, platform governance, and technical strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Establish platform standards, governance, design patterns, and best practices.
• Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies.
• Collaborate with business, product, security, infrastructure, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Review solution designs and ensure adherence to ServiceNow architecture and development standards.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues and provide architectural guidance.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers, administrators, and technical teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, compliance, and maintainability requirements.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform capabilities, releases, and emerging technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Platform Architecture
• ServiceNow configuration, customization, and application development
• ServiceNow integrations – REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow security, governance, and best practices
• Enterprise architecture and solution design experience
• Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, or SecOps
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and large-scale platform transformations
• Cloud integration experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration Hub
