We are looking for a Senior PL/SQL Developer with 12+ years of experience in Oracle database development, SQL programming, performance tuning, and enterprise application support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing complex PL/SQL programs and working with large-scale databases.
12+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including procedures, functions, packages, triggers, cursors, views, and complex queries.
Strong experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c or higher.
Experience in SQL query optimization, performance tuning, indexing, execution plans, and troubleshooting.
Experience with data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and database integration.
Strong understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, constraints, and transactions.
Experience working with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
Experience with Git, Jira, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Ability to analyze requirements and develop scalable database solutions.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and production support experience.
Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL programs.
Develop and optimize stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and SQL queries.
Perform database performance tuning and resolve SQL/PLSQL performance issues.
Support data migration, ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and permanent solutions.
Work closely with application developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
Participate in code reviews and ensure development standards are followed.
Support application releases, deployments, and production activities.
Prepare technical documentation and contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Experience with Informatica, ODI, or other ETL tools.
Knowledge of Oracle RAC, partitioning, and database optimization.
Experience with batch processing and job scheduling tools.
Exposure to REST APIs, JSON, XML, and application/database integrations.
Experience with cloud database platforms is a plus.
