We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with business and technical teams to understand requirements, analyze business processes, prepare documentation, and support data-driven decision-making.

Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and process documentation.
Work closely with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
Assist with data analysis and prepare reports using Excel and SQL.
Participate in requirement-gathering meetings and project discussions.
Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Track requirements, issues, and project deliverables.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and provide ongoing status updates.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis.
Understanding of software development and project life cycles.
Knowledge of requirements gathering and business process analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project-management tools.
Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience creating process flow diagrams using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
Familiarity with dashboards or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
