Tech Program Manager (Digital/WordPress) - REMOTE

LTM is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead program execution for its WordPress engineering team. The role oversees sprint planning, delivery governance, release coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication while coordinating cross-functional engineering, QA, DevOps, systems, and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sprint planning backlog refinement prioritization and delivery tracking for WordPress engineering initiatives
• Manage end to end execution across WordPress development integrations enhancements maintenance and production support
• Track program status milestones risks dependencies blockers issues and escalations drive timely resolution
• Establish and manage program governance cadence including sprint reviews status meetings stakeholder reviews and leadership updates
• Partner with Product Engineering QA and Systems Engineering teams to align scope priorities release plans and timelines
• Coordinate cross functional delivery across FE BE FSD QA DevOps System Engineering and business stakeholders
• Drive release planning and deployment readiness including production support coordination and post release followup
• Facilitate issue triage prioritize action items assign owners and ensure closure of delivery commitments
• Maintain RAID logs project plans dashboards action trackers and executive status reports
• Identify delivery risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans
• Monitor sprint and program metrics identify delivery trends and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes
• Ensure dependencies between WordPress enterprise applications APIs infrastructure and third party integrations are actively managed
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure effective execution communication and accountability

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in Technical Program Management preferably within web or digital platforms
• Strong hands on experience managing WordPress based platforms and enterprise web delivery programs
• Solid understanding of the WordPress development lifecycle including themes plugins APIs integrations content management environments releases and production support
• Strong experience with Agile Scrum methodologies sprint planning backlog management dependency tracking and delivery reporting
• Experience coordinating complex delivery across FrontEnd BackEnd FullStack QA DevOpsSystem Engineering and Product teams
• Strong understanding of release management deployment processes production support incident issue management and change coordination
• Excellent stakeholder management communication facilitation organization and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and drive execution in a fast paced enterprise environment
• Hands on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps Jira Workfront Microsoft Excel Power BI or similar program management and reporting platforms
