Co-founder & CTO

LuminOne is building ARIA, a reasoning layer for life sciences commercial teams that coordinates context and workflows across marketing, sales, contracts, delivery, and finance. The Co-founder & CTO will own the end-to-end technical vision and architecture, lead development of agent, memory, and retrieval systems, make the platform enterprise grade, and hire and lead the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• The technical vision and architecture, end to end
• The agent, memory and retrieval systems at the core of the product
• Making a working platform enterprise grade: security, reliability, audit trails, and the controls regulated buyers ask for
• Hiring and leading the engineering team
• A seat at every company decision, from product to fundraising
