Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET)

InEight provides construction project controls software for complex capital projects and operates a multi-tenant SaaS platform. The Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will build and deliver features across the InEight Inspect platform, contribute to .NET and Angular modernization, and support AI-agent tooling initiatives using .NET, Angular, and Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable software solutions across the InEight Inspect platform using .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture, implementation planning, and engineering best practices
• Develop and maintain web APIs, user-facing applications, and integrations with Azure services to support product capabilities
• Contribute to platform modernization initiatives, including .NET, Angular, and data access framework upgrades
• Build and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and other quality-focused engineering practices
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software in an Agile environment
• Support emerging AI and agentic technology initiatives, including integrations, tooling, and experimentation with AI-assisted development practices
• Troubleshoot production issues, address technical debt, and contribute to the overall performance, security, and maintainability of the platform

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including experience independently delivering features from design through deployment
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET technologies, and modern web application development
• 3+ years of experience building and supporting cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred), TypeScript, and component-based web development
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and SaaS application architecture principles
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
• Experience with Entity Framework, application modernization efforts, and maintaining high-quality, testable code
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development, agentic systems, and modern software engineering practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
