Customer Success Manager

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support clients using Convene, a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. The role focuses on managing client accounts, building long-term relationships, guiding customers on best practices, and identifying account growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Regional Manager and Head of Global Customer Success
• Manage assigned client accounts and ensure timely and effective account follow-through
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and guide them on best practices for using Convene
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within the assigned region
• Identify creative opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and client referrals, based on customer needs and business requirements
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings and provide regular updates on account status, customer engagement, and opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a related role
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
• Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
• experience in the IT or technology industry is also an advantage
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
