Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Golden Gate DBA at the L3 level to join a high-performing database team supporting mission-critical replication environments. In this role, you'll be embedded in a 24x7 production environment where your hands-on expertise in Golden Gate both Classic and Microservices architectures will directly influence data integrity, system uptime, and replication performance across on-premises and hybrid infrastructure.
Day-to-day, you'll own the full lifecycle of Golden Gate deployments: installation, configuration, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting. You'll collaborate closely with Oracle DBA and infrastructure teams, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and be a go-to resource for escalated replication issues. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle 18c/19c DBA experience, a sharp troubleshooting instinct, and the confidence to drive critical issues to resolution both independently and across teams.
