Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer with strong expertise in Product Development, SDLC, System Engineering, Hardware, Software, Firmware, AWS Cloud, and Cross-Functional Product Development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing system requirements, ensuring end-to-end traceability, supporting regulatory compliance, and coordinating between onsite customers and offshore delivery teams.

This role requires strong collaboration with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Clinical, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality products throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Product Development activities across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Develop and maintain System Requirements Specifications (SyRS) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
• Ensure complete requirements traceability using the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Collaborate with Hardware, Software, and Firmware engineering teams throughout product development.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Clinical, and Marketing teams.
• Drive issue resolution, design reviews, technical discussions, and engineering decision-making.
• Serve as the primary onsite interface between customers and offshore delivery teams.
• Design and support cloud-based solutions using AWS services, including ECS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, SSM, and CloudWatch.
• Develop applications and integrations using C#, Python, REST APIs, and ORM frameworks.
• Support frontend development using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD processes using Docker, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Perform Windows Shell scripting and system automation.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases and support ETL-related activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Product Development and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with Hardware, Software, and Firmware development environments.
• Experience creating and managing SyRS, PRD, and RTM documentation.
• Strong understanding of Regulatory and Compliance requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
• Experience coordinating between onsite customers and offshore teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, including ECS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, SSM, and CloudWatch.
• Strong programming experience with C#, Python, REST APIs, and ORM frameworks.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Shell scripting.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ETL concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
