IAM Software Developer - Looking for only Local to Austin or nearby 50 Miles Distance

Duration: Long-term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer 3 / IAM Engineer to manage and support the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience with IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting
• 8+ years of experience with application onboarding and IAM integrations
• 5+ years of experience designing RBAC models, Separation of Duties (SoD), and access certification campaigns
• 5+ years of experience with Centralized Identity Providers, SSO, and MFA
• 3+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
• 3+ years of experience implementing User Access Reviews using SailPoint
• 3+ years of experience integrating applications with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
• 3+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• 3+ years of experience automating user provisioning and reporting using PowerShell and Python
• State government experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement centralized IAM frameworks using SAML 2.0 and OIDC
• Develop IAM lifecycle workflows and automate user provisioning
• Onboard and integrate business applications using REST APIs
• Design and implement RBAC and access governance
• Support IGA, Access Management, and Privileged Access Services
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to maintain consistent IAM practices
• Assess IAM technologies and maintain technical documentation
• Provide support for Directory, IAM services, servers, and databases
