Senior Product Designer UX/UI

Auzo is transforming vehicle service through technology that connects customers, dealerships, service centers, and professional drivers. The Senior Product Designer will own UX/UI design across customer and driver mobile apps, partner and business portals, and web platforms, translating business decisions into complete product experiences and ensuring quality through launch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product design for the Auzo customer and driver mobile apps, from early concepts through launch
• Design and improve our digital marketplace, making it simple for partners to request, track, and manage vehicle moves
• Design partner and business portals that give dealerships clear visibility into jobs, status, and performance
• Join working sessions with leadership and capture product decisions in detail, down to edge cases
• Map and improve internal and user-facing processes, and design tracking tools that make operations easier to monitor
• Create clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Present prototypes to leadership for review and approval, and turn feedback into quick iterations
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma to keep the product consistent across apps, portals, and web
• Work closely with operations, sales, partnerships, and other departments to understand their needs and design solutions that help the business scale
• Partner with engineering through handoff, and review builds against approved designs before they ship

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product design experience across mobile apps and web platforms or dashboards
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, and the ability to explain your decisions clearly
• A detail-oriented approach: you think through edge cases before anyone asks
• Fluency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping
• Comfort presenting work to leadership and taking direct feedback
• Experience with marketplaces, logistics, or gig platforms
