REMOTE Customer Service Position

AO Globe Life provides supplemental benefit programs to families nationwide. The company is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to host scheduled virtual consultations, guide clients through benefit enrollment, maintain digital records, and build lasting client relationships while participating in training and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Host scheduled virtual consultations to understand each client’s needs
• Guide clients through available benefit options and enrollment with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage timely follow-up communication
• Deliver high-quality service and build lasting client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development sessions

Requirements:

• Strong communicators who prioritize client experience
• Organized, adaptable self-starters who work well independently
• Professionals comfortable using Zoom and cloud-based digital systems
• Growth-minded professionals open to mentorship and continuous development
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Individuals with backgrounds in customer service, consulting, hospitality, or advisory roles (preferred but not required)
