Product Specialist - Thermal Management

Qnity, through its Laird Technologies business, develops materials and solutions for advanced electronics and thermal challenges. The Product Specialist will support the growth of the Thermal Interface Materials portfolio by contributing to pricing, product development, customer value communication, material qualification, manufacturing localization, and cross-functional global initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Global Product Manager to drive the growth and success of our high-performance TIM portfolio
• Support pricing strategies, quotations, profitability analysis, and business decision-making
• Collaborate with R&D teams throughout product development and launch activities
• Act as the bridge between technical and commercial teams, translating complex product information into customer value
• Lead material qualification, raw material optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives
• Drive manufacturing localization and site-transfer projects with cross-functional teams
• Develop engaging marketing and sales materials that help tell our product story
• Participate in global initiatives and work alongside colleagues from different regions and cultures

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Bring experience in product management, project management, business development, or marketing
• Enjoy working with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Have strong analytical skills and can transform data into meaningful business insights
• Excel at building relationships and influencing across multiple functions
• Communicate confidently and effectively at all organizational levels
• Thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy taking ownership of projects
• Are comfortable working with ERP systems and global teams
• Have experience in electronics, manufacturing, or engineered products (a plus)
