Project Manager

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is hiring multiple Project Managers to support a high-volume, multi-site signage and brand implementation program. The role manages projects from kickoff through completion, coordinates cross-functional teams and subcontractors, tracks schedules and financials, mitigates risks, and ensures timely, budget-compliant, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, field services)
• Develop and maintain project timelines and execution plans
• Source and manage installers and subcontractors
• Track project progress, financials, and key milestones
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
• Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience managing projects in the following:
  • Signage
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Working knowledge of budgeting and project financial tracking
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
