Project Manager

Personify Health provides personalized health, health plan administration, wellbeing, and care navigation solutions for employers, health plans, and health systems. The Project Manager will lead operational projects from planning through stabilization, drive efficiency and process improvement initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage project infrastructure, performance metrics, stakeholders, and risks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operational projects end-to-end: Manage initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization, keeping delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
• Drive efficiency initiatives: Push forward projects focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, workflow optimization, and service improvements across the organization
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Bring together Claims Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Vendor Management, and external partners to keep initiatives moving in the same direction
• Build project infrastructure: Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, status reporting, and implementation strategies that keep every initiative on track
• Identify improvement opportunities: Spot process gaps and recommend operational enhancements before they become bigger problems
• Track performance metrics: Monitor project performance, cost savings opportunities, and operational outcomes to prove initiatives are delivering real value
• Manage stakeholders and risk: Facilitate stakeholder meetings, deliver project updates, and escalate risks or barriers before they derail progress

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management, operations, or process improvement experience, specifically within healthcare, claims, or insurance environments
• Track record managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
• Project management tools and software
• Process improvement methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Project Management, or related field preferred
• Experience with process improvement methodologies or operational optimization initiatives preferred
