Senior Software Engineer - Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM)

I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support and enhance its Enterprise Marketing Management platform. The role focuses on Java backend development, HCL Unica customization, ETL and data integration, SQL development, enterprise application integrations, production support, and collaboration with business and vendor teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and support customizations for HCL/IBM Unica Campaign and Unica Plan platforms
• Develop and maintain Java-based integrations, services, and automation solutions supporting marketing workflows
• Build and support ETL processes using SSIS and related data integration technologies
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and data processing jobs
• Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations with internal and external enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and environment migrations
• Develop batch automation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospective activities
• Create technical design documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support documentation
• Partner with external vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions
• Provide on-call support for critical production applications as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of software development experience
