Assistant Marketing Manager

Teleios Collaborative Network is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support its communications and strategic marketing efforts. The role manages promotional activities, develops and edits content, coordinates marketing projects, analyzes campaign and website metrics, supports podcast production, and maintains the organization’s website and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage promotional activities
• Support the senior team in achieving strategic marketing goals
• Coordinate and execute daily internal marketing tasks
• Develop compelling, audience-focused copy for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, website content, digital advertising, and print materials
• Review and edit marketing content for accuracy and quality
• Manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Optimize social media posts for increased reach and engagement
• Ensure brand standards at all times
• Track campaign metrics, generate reports, identify trends, and present recommendations to the senior team every week
• Design and create graphics for all marketing content
• Assist with any podcast production needs from the producer and team, including podcast promotion
• Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and evolving technologies
• Perform market research and strategize with marketing team members
• Track and analyze SEO and website analytics, with weekly reports to the senior team
• Make timely updates to the TCN Website

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
• Proficient in HubSpot
• Proficient in Adobe Suite
• Proficient in Google Ads
• Proficient in SEO software like UberSuggest or AHRefs
• Proficient in Buzzsprout, LinkedIn, Facebook, and similar social media platforms
• Excellent written, oral, and collaborative communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to coordinate and follow through on projects
• Ability to take initiative and utilize innovative techniques
• Ability to interact with various departments throughout the organization
• Ability to participate as a team player
• Candidate must be knowledgeable of creative and design collaboration and execution of managing multiple orders at once
• Candidate must be able to juggle multiple tasks and types of activities/requests at once, while being an appropriate representative of the organization
• Associate degree in marketing, communications or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
• Bachelor's
• Basic Graphic Design experience preferred
